Our ideal candidate
Our ideal candidate is a member of the LGBTQ community, with a strong desire for Black, Indigenous, Latine, disabled and/or immigrant community members, ages 16 and up who have a passion for the wellness of the LGBTQ community. No experience is required, we're happy to be someone's first point of experience in service! We operate on 5 core values, so our ideal candidate should be willingly to learn these values and follow them: Self-determination, Honesty, Anti-oppression, Restorative justice, Empathy.
