Reasons to serve on our board
1 in 26 people will be diagnosed with a seizure disorder in their lifetime. 16,000 children have been diagnosed with epilepsy in west central Florida. Board members of Epilepsy Services Foundation help to raise awaness and funds to support our programs and services while building leadership skills and make important connections.
Our ideal candidate
Currently we are seeking a finance committee chair/treasurer, but we are open to new board members with other skill sets. You must have a passion for kids with disabilities and a desire to help them lead normal lives so they can just be kids!

Time commitment
1 to 2 hours per month
Where we meet
We meet virtually, usually on a Thursday evening and then one required in-person meeting in the Tampa Bay area.
How often we meet
Every other month with committee meetings in between. One required in-person meeting in September of each year.
