|Our greatest accomplishment last year was...||Taking all of our educational programs online and expanding our programs. This has allowed us to serve more families within the autism community and offer more programs to serve them.|

It will allow you to use your passion, skills and talents to help elevate the spirit of those within the Autism Community, allowing them to live joyful and meaningful lives. Overall, this community lives in the "Red Zone," experiencing emotions such as worry, anger, discouragement, and fear, producing adverse outcomes for this community, including high unemployment rates, low independent living rates, and minimal inclusion into our communities. Our transformational programs and tools help our community shift into a place of well-being which we call the "Green Zone." In the "Green Zone," they can experience emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being, which they need to be empowered to create the future they desire.
|Our ideal candidate is...|
Is passionate about making a difference for the Autism and Neurodiverse Communities. They are willing to share their time, wisdom, and talents to expand the programs, products, and services that we offer to elevate the well-being of the community at large. They are committed to being at the board meetings and planning sessions and to getting involved in initiatives that are aligned with their area of expertise.
We are also looking for a wide variety of expertise which we feel can assist us in our expansion. These include:
Marketing (traditional and digital)
We embrace diversity and neurodiversity and create an environment where different experiences and ideas can be shared to ensure that Autism Shifts is inclusive and intentional in serving diverse and underserved communities.

|We meet (when and where)...||Via Zoom once a month for an hour and in person planning session once a year for 1/2 day.|
|The time commitment is...||An hour each month for the Board Meetings and a half day each year for Board Planning. Each Board will play a different role and the additional time will be dependent on each role.|
