TBCDC has a very dedicated and dynamic Board of Directors, many have been on the Board for 10+ years. Some of the current Board members also work in the affordable housing field and provide great insight into discussions. However, the agency is going through a period of transition with a new CEO and the need to develop new sources of income. Although TBCDC is a 38 year old organization it needs to be "reintroduced" to the community. We need to update our image and remind our public that we are here. The Board needs to be very involved with creating the new image and the relaunch of TBCDC's image. In addition, we need to create and launch a fundraising campaign.

We are seeking someone that has a commitment to affordable/workforce housing and
understands the complex issues and obstacles to creating new housing. We seek someone that is creative, and has a willingness to share their experience and insights with the Board and management team.
