During Alice’s adventures in Wonderland, the Cheshire cat reminded her, “If you don’t know where you’re going, any road will get you there.”
Then in the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, Stephen Covey encouraged readers to, “Begin with the end in mind.”
Yet, we go through life not knowing what we want to be, do, and have.
After this class you will have a clear sense of direction and a plan to turn your life and career dreams into reality. In it, you will start to develop the skills to think, plan, and act on the things you want.
You will learn:
• How to identify what’s important in life and work
• How to use goal setting activities to articulate what you want in life and work
• How to differentiate between short-term and long-term goals
• How to use motivating techniques to help you reach their goals
• How to deal with setbacks
• How to set SMART goals in the 7 areas of life.
