This class provides a comprehensive summary of the “alphabet soup” of federal employment laws that affect all employers. Participants will learn general information about federal employment laws including the FLSA, Title VII of Civil Rights Act, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, GINA NLRA, IRCA, and USERRA.
In addition to learning about coverage issues, join NLC trainer Kimberly Monticello to receive best practices regarding implementation of employment policies to assist their organizations to comply with federal laws.
