Bullying is described as the silent epidemic. While 50% of workers have experienced or witnessed bullying, policies and laws dealing with it are far less prevalent.
That’s because bullying is hard to identify and address. Employees wonder, what does bullying look like? How can they discourage it in their workplace? And what can they do to protect their staff and co-workers? This workshop will address these questions and more.
Participants will learn how to:
• Define bullying
• Identify bullying behaviors and the reasons behind them
• Determine the costs of bullying to people and organizations
• Identify ways to prevent bullying
• Identify ways to protect themselves from bullying
• Act if they are bullied
• Identify appropriate solutions for a bullying incident (within and outside the organization)
