Self-leadership is taking responsibility for our outcomes, setting the direction for our lives, and managing our priorities. Self-leaders work at all levels of an organization — from the front line to middle management to the C-suite.

Self-leadership requires a commitment to decide what you want from life and to do the work to achieve the results you desire. Join John Loblack, Ed. D., for this interactive virtual workshop to learn the four pillars of self-leadership and make meaningful, empowered choices to get from where you are to where you want to go.

After this session, you will know:

  • The meaning of self-leadership
  • How to assume responsibility for your results by understanding who you are, what you want and how to reach your goals
  • The four pillars of self-leadership
  • How to adjust to change
  • How to cultivate optimism
  • How to develop good habits to build self-leadership
  • How to use what you know to get what you want
  • How to inspire, motivate and collaborate well with others

This program is designed for any leader who wants to grow in self-knowledge and become better at interacting with, motivating, and collaborating with others.

John Loblack, Ed. D., is an accomplished and change-oriented human development expert who draws upon his diverse background, training and experiences to encourage, motivate and inspire nonprofit leaders to drastically increase their individual and organizational value.
