Renee Dabbs is the principal and founder of Renee Dabbs, LLC, a business management consulting firm that focuses on helping organizations become metrics focused on their key deliverables. Her clients include national corporations, healthcare, the arts and not for profits. She provides sustainable operating expertise on subjects including sales, fundraising, marketing, new business development, governance, membership development and team development.
Renee is an experienced fundraising, marketing and business professional whose corporate and not-for-profit work blends a marketer’s instinct for strong message with a CEO’s discipline to execute expansive plans in high-pressure situations. She puts these skills – as well as her demonstrated expertise and passion for empowering and motivating women – to work for her clients. She has done 100 plus CliftonStrengths assessments.
Renee has served as the COO of a top tier national media/communications firm in Florida. Her experience includes client management, budgets, and implementation strategies for complex projects and issue advocacy efforts. Prior to running a small business, Renee built a sixteen-year track record of success with Procter and Gamble, rising to a senior management position with oversight of a $220 million business and a multi-million dollar marketing budget.
Renee is a Florida Gator, where she was Outstanding Female Graduate and a member of Florida Blue Key. She continues her civic involvement with leadership roles in Girl Scouts West Central Florida, The Florida Holocaust Museum and the University of Florida Alumni Association Board of Directors. She resides in Tampa, with her husband Brooks and their two daughters.

NLC/Children’s Board of Hillsborough County No-Show Policy – effective July 1, 2018
The Children’s Board of Hillsborough County (CBHC) has asked NLC to reframe our no-show policy for their providers.
Effective July 1, 2018 CBHC-funded organizations using codes to claim CBHC-funded seats at NLC trainings or events will be responsible for payment of registration and processing fees in the event of a no-show. Please read the full no-show policy here.
