The position of Director of Giver Services has four broad areas of responsibility:

• To assist and support the Chief Executive and COO when needed
• To serve our giver clients
• To maintain accurate records for NCF Charitable Trust and NCF Donor Advised Funds
• To manage salesforce data and giver engagement

Many administrative functions fall to this position by virtue of the fact that there is a very small staff.  This person must be able to multi-task and maintain an office, while assisting the COO with a multitude of various tasks.  Some sales and presentation skills would also be helpful as this position needs to be able to communicate the purpose of the foundation to prospective ministries and givers.  Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and above-average computer literacy are critical for this position.
