Can I cancel the ONLINE classes and get a refund if I change my mind after taking one?

If you need to drop or cancel a course that has been paid for, you may request a refund (minus a 10% cancellation fee) up to 5 days from the start date. No refunds will be issued after 5 days from the start date (date of purchase).

Can my agency pay for me to attend training programs?

An agency may pay for a registrant to attend training. The agency should specify the registrant's name(s) during the registration process. The registrant must have a unique email address.

Can you access an ONLINE course from any computer once you have purchased the course?

Yes, you may access a course from any computer once you have purchased it. The ONLINE courses are all web-based and accessible from any computer with Internet access.

Do I have to be employed by a nonprofit agency to attend a training program?

Attendees do not need to be employed by a nonprofit agency to attend training. Many participants attend training programs to learn more about the nonprofit sector. Others attend because they wish to serve on a nonprofit board of directors.

How do I obtain my ONLINE Certificate of Course Completion or ONLINE Certificate in Nonprofit Management?

Upon completion, you may print a Certificate of Completion for individual courses or a Certificate in Nonprofit Management after completing all courses.

What are the credentials of the ONLINE course developers/trainers?

All ONLINE courses draw from the best business school faculty, subject matter experts, and real-world practitioners. A minimum of a Master's degree, and frequently a Doctorate, is required to develop any Winchester Center course.

What are the time limits for taking ONLINE courses?

If you are taking the courses individually: for most individual courses, you have 30 days to complete the entire course, starting from the day of purchase. If you do not complete in the allotted time frame, you can purchase an extension.

What do "Theory" and "Real-World Practice" mean?

Most ONLINE courses have been designed, developed, or reviewed by a combination of faculty within the higher education community and real-world practitioners to provide a unique blend of classroom theory and actual real-world experience.

What forms of payment are accepted for ONLINE courses?

For ONLINE courses, acceptable credit cards include VISA, MasterCard, and AMEX.

What is the average time required to complete each ONLINE course in the program?

Most courses will take 3 to 5 hours to complete. Courses are modular and consist of several assignments. Therefore, you can complete your coursework when it is most convenient for you.

Which organization will issue my ONLINE certificate?

Certificates are issued from the Winchester Center for Management Development, verifying that you have completed the course or suite of courses. These courses and the Certificate carry with them Continuing Education Units and CFRE continuing education points.
