Julé Colvin is founder and president of Pathways to Growth , a company that provides growth focused services and strategies for individuals, nonprofits and for-profit businesses. She is also the President of Grant Pathways, a company that focuses on providing grant writing and capacity building services to nonprofits. She is a highly recommended trainer, facilitator and coach for nonprofit and board leaders. Through her more than 30 years of professional experience she has raised millions of dollars for charities and helped to take many nonprofits to their next levels of growth.
Ms. Colvin is most passionate about helping people who dream big and are willing to do what it takes to get there. Specific examples of just a few of her successes include assisting one nonprofit client to double their revenues from $1 mil to $2 mil in a period of under two years, assisting a small nonprofit to attract an additional $250,000 in grant funds, developing affordable housing in an inner-city neighborhood, growing an inner-city ministry as the Executive Director, and helping numerous leaders develop their leadership abilities and business acumen. Ms. Colvin especially loves to lead small training groups, facilitate strategic planning and has spoken for national conferences. She is known for her enthusiasm, integrity, passion to help others grow and her attention to detail.
Julé earned a BA degree from Kent State University in Ohio. She graduated Summa Cum Laude and was inducted into the prestigious Phi Beta Kappa Society. Ms. Colvin is a member of the John Maxwell Leadership Team, a team of leaders across the world who are devoted to helping develop other strong leaders. Early in her career, she was certified through the Basic Skills in Affordable Housing in Columbus, Ohio. Throughout her career, she has attended countless trainings and workshops in the areas of business management and development, leadership and personal development, and business growth strategies.
In her precious free time, you can find Julé riding her bike, volunteering or expressing her artistic side through interior decorating. Julé has been married for 25 years, has two children and two grandchildren.
