What others have said:
“While many agencies across the state have dabbled in social media, it is easy to feel overwhelmed. But you helped give staff members the tools to effectively use social media. Your knowledge, expertise and engaging presentation style convinced even the most skeptical participants, that we can and should embrace social media. We were all able to walk away with some practical examples that we immediately put into practice.” — De Anna Sheffield Ward, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay
