Trainer | Teri Morrow

Teri has more than 25 years of human resource, employee benefits and payroll consulting experience. Prior to founding My Benefit Partners, LLC in 2007, she was a Worldwide Partner with the world’s largest employee benefits and human resource consulting firm. As an industry leader, Teri managed operations and business development on a local and regional basis, overseeing business planning, budgeting, staffing, and quality initiatives.

Teri provides nonprofits and companies of all sizes and complexities with consulting and administration services in the areas of human resources, managed healthcare, absence management, compensation, payroll and retirement. She specializes in cost control strategies, customized employee communications, and compliance.

She attended the University of South Florida, College of Business Administration. Teri holds her Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) and Registered Employee Benefit Consultant (REBC) designations from American College. She also holds her Group Benefits Associate (GBA), Retirement Plans Associate (RPA) and Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation from Wharton, University of Pennsylvania.  Teri also has her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation from the Society of Human Resouce Management.

Teri currently serves on the board of the Nonprofit Leadership Center of Tampa Bay.  She has also served as past Chairman of the Tampa Chapter of the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists, Society of Financial Services Professionals and Easter Seals Tampa.  Teri is also a member of the Society of Human Resource Management, the Network of Executive Women of Tampa Bay and a Director Consultant with Business Networking International (BNI).
