Starting:
“Effectively leading others begins with mindfully leading oneself.”
Each one of us is multi-faceted and talented, capable of reaching our fullest potential in work and life. But to do so, we must master mindful leadership.
What is mindful leadership? It’s our ability to tap into our inner wisdom and build resilience. It allows nonprofit professionals to shift from scarcity to abundance-based thinking, better navigate day-to-day challenges, and courageously challenge approaches that may no longer serve our organizations.
During this two-part training, you’ll learn about the science of well-being (Positive Psychology) and how mindfulness practices can create environments rooted in optimism.
Who should participate in this training?
This training is for any nonprofit professional or leader who manages others and wants to fully step into their authentic leadership. It is also beneficial for those who find themselves lacking energy, motivation, focus, or questioning the value they add to their organization.
