Our logo, in addition to being a shorthand for our company name, features colors that are warm, dynamic, and representative of our living, breathing corporate culture. The varied shapes—and colors—represent the diversity of the organizations and individuals we serve as well as the variety of ways we serve them: through coaching, custom training, peer groups, online courses, conferences, and in-person classes at our Training Center. The arrow shows connection and directionality, pointing toward a brighter future.

Thanks to our partners who support our work, we are able to offer a remarkable value in nonprofit education. Our funders and donors support 80% of the costs of our in-person classes, making it possible for you to afford to invest in yourself by attending our programs.

At the Nonprofit Leadership Center, learning is interactive and collaborative. Networking with peers and knowledge sharing are integral to the experience. Our programs are developed and taught by top nonprofit and business leaders, content experts, and educators who share real-world experience and subject expertise.

We deliver specialized training for nonprofit professionals and board members at all levels of experience. We offer extensive options including  training customized to your organization’s needs certificate series that build key competencies, programs across eight core areas of study in nonprofit operations, and targeted conferences that bring the sector together. The Florida Nonprofit Alliance is a statewide coalition of nonprofits focused on research, collaboration, and advocacy. Our mission is to inform, promote, and strengthen Florida’s nonprofit sector. We provide a collective voice at the state and national levels, educating elected officials and other constituents, and serve as a central resource and referral center complete with sector data, public policy updates, advocacy tools, and resources.
