CEO Circles are facilitated small groups of nonprofit CEOs and executive directors who meet monthly to answer the questions keeping leaders up at night. Much more than an executive development program, this innovative mastermind group provides leaders with a trusted and inclusive environment to confidentially discuss current challenges, explore leading practices and drive innovation.
More than 1 in 4 nonprofits lack any professionals of color on their boards. The Advancing Racial Equity on Nonprofit Boards Fellowship is designed to increase racial and ethnic diversity, equity and inclusion on nonprofit boards by deepening the board governance knowledge and skills of professionals of color while equipping select nonprofits to genuinely welcome participating board fellows.
The Certificate in Leadership is a 10-week program for nonprofit leaders who are new to managing programs or people. This life-changing learning experience helps participants grow as high-performing leaders who are adaptive, courageous and committed to results-driven change. Offered once per year, it includes peer-based learning groups, group coaching calls and one-on-one coaching.
