Lumina Youth Choirs is an amazing organization that reaches children and young adults ages 6 - 22 and provides them access to a supportive and inclusive environment that encourages participation of singers and families of diverse backgrounds.Being part of the board of directors for our organization is rewarding every day because it allows members to experience the joy of music, the growth of our singers in the program.Board members get to experience the wonders of the arts of choral music as well as the direct impact it has on the members of our organization. Many of our singers have been with the organization for 6-10 years, allowing our board of directors to see the impact and growth of these young adults and how music guides them to improve musicianship, vocal technique and performance skills by experiencing quality choral music of many styles.
