Our Board of Directors remained committed and worked with the national office to develop a strategic plan to move forward to reopen after facing some staffing challenges which were exacerbated by the pandemic.

Reasons to serve on our board
Family Promise of Pinellas County is part of a national network of over two hundred affiliates leading the charge to serve families with children who are experiencing homelessness. Our local affiliate is in the rebuilding phase at a most critical time as we see record numbers of children in our community who do not have a place to call home. Being part of our Board of Directors is an opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to build a strong foundation to ensure that Family Promise is a key organization to serving families in Pinellas for years to come.

Diverse leaders who are well networked and/or have a variety of circles of influence and are willing to use these connections to enhance and advance the mission of Family Promise of Pinellas County
Willing to be part of a working board to contribute to growing our organization's impact and expanding the footprint of our work
Specifically, we are looking for the following profiles:
Social work and human services experts
Expertise in IT, marketing, and human resources
Finance and fund development
Business leaders
