Great minds DON’T all think alike, thankfully. As nonprofit HR and finance leaders, getting fresh perspectives on pressing challenges from sector leaders can be just the push we need to propel us forward.
Join us for an exclusive roundtable discussion facilitated by Mariana Bugallo-Muros, Deanna Balkcomm, and Amarela Peqini, where Human Resources and organizational finance leaders converge to explore the intersection of their roles in driving organizational excellence. In today’s dynamic business environment, the synergy between HR and Finance is crucial for fostering a resilient and adaptable workforce while ensuring financial health and sustainability.
The roundtable will feature interactive facilitated discussions and case studies where participants can share insights, challenges, and best practices. Networking opportunities will allow HR and finance professionals to build connections and exchange ideas that can drive actionable outcomes within their organizations.
Topics of Discussion: Leading nonprofits through times of uncertainty.
Who Should Attend: Anyone in a leadership position related to human resources and organizational finance (e.g., Senior HR executives, Chief Financial Officers, HR and Finance Directors and Managers, or professionals interested in enhancing collaboration between HR and Finance functions to drive organizational success).
*Please note, the original CFO Roundtable has been moved and combined with the HR Roundtable taking place November 8th.*
