During this interactive course, you’ll learn how to think differently about change management by adopting a design approach. Change by design is the collaborative process by which the design methods are employed so that organizational change is transformational, not transactional, due to the commitment and innovation from the people involved. You will practice a step-by-step strategy and learn practical tools proven to ignite employee commitment and ensure sustainable, impactful change.

During this half-day session, you will:

• Compare traditional change management practices to progressive change by design methods
• Understand the mindset and role of a change designer
• Practice utilizing a step-by-step change by design strategy that focuses on both the business and people sides of change
• Experiment with numerous changes by design tools and exploratory questions that effectively support the process and create sustainable change
