Brooke Bauerle Dawson joined Rivero, Gordimer & Company in 2014 as Senior Manager with the Assurance Team . Prior to joining the company, Brooke spent two years in forensic accounting and litigation support and has experience in both civil and criminal cases. Brooke has experience in auditing governmental, educational and nonprofit organizations. Additionally, she has experience with various commercial organizations.

Stephanie Smith joined Rivero, Gordimer & Company as Senior Manager with the Assurance Team in 2022. With more than 20 years of nonprofit auditing and consulting experience, her experience spans numerous nonprofit organizations, including those with HUD programs, affordable housing, substance and mental health programs, community programs, and immigration programs. Stephanie also has extensive knowledge of the Uniform Guidance and Florida Single Audit Act. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Clearwater Arts Alliance and recently joined the Clearwater Jazz Holiday Foundation as an advisor to the Board. Stephanie is a graduate of the University of South Florida.
