Starting:
At the December 2023 Roundtable meeting, co-facilitators Cheryl Brown and Mariana Bugallo-Muros will present on the topic “Belonging as a Result of DEI Initiatives.” We will then open it up for roundtable discussion on current topics/issues.
–
The Nonprofit HR Roundtable, co-facilitated by Cheryl Brown and Mariana Bugallo-Muros, convenes human resources leaders at nonprofits, both in person and virtually, to discuss timely topics, problem solve and support each other in a peer-to-peer learning environment.
Discussion topics focus on trends, challenges, and wins that HR leaders are experiencing as they grow organizational capacity and build impactful teams. Topics emerge organically by the group or are researched and presented by the group facilitators or other subject matter experts.
At the conclusion of each session, participants receive a group listing of attendees and are encouraged to develop and expand networks as they continue to grow individual and organizational capacity.
Who should attend?
Any organizational C-suite leader entrusted with the HR function in a nonprofit organization. Depending on organizational size, this could be the executive leader, HR leader or business operations leader. The Nonprofit HR Roundtable is designed for those who are entrusted with the hiring/onboarding process, managing team resources and policy creation, and developing organizational teams.
