About This Event

Starting:

Tue, September 10, 2024

Research shows that 70% of employee disengagement is due to their manager (Gallup). While moving into your first management role is exciting, it requires learning and developing new skills that aren’t always clear or offered at every organization. In the Nonprofit Management Series, you will learn how to successfully transition into a management role and bring out the best in your team members.

Who should attend?

The trainings in this series are ideal for nonprofit professionals who are new to managing people or managers who would like to deepen their skills in effectively managing people.

* PLEASE NOTE:

  • New Hire Onboarding & Managing Performance – Setting the Stage for Retention is an updated version of the training previously titled, Productivity Hacks & Team Recognition Strategies, and some of the content is the same. If you previously took Productivity Hacks, you may find this training redundant.
