Performance management should be a partnership between managers and team members to achieve continuous improvement. During this interactive session, you’ll learn how to better communicate expectations to motivate performance, increase acceptance and connect individual roles to organizational goals.

After this course, you will have new tools and an action plan to:

  • Design your performance management communications agenda
  • Prepare for and conduct positive conversations to communicate performance expectations
  • Encourage team members to be open and honest
