Starting:
SCRUM is a methodology that helps organizations manage a project faster and more effectively.
This half-day SCRUM Fundamentals course is designed to introduce nonprofit professionals to key concepts in SCRUM and the mechanics of how using this framework results in successful project planning and implementation.
Upon completion of this 4-hour training, you have the option of participating in an online e-learning SCRUM course and taking the SCRUM Fundamentals Certified exam to confirm that you have a basic understanding of the SCRUM framework.
On passing the exam, you will be accredited as “Scrum Fundamentals Certified.” You will also be provided with 10 Professional Development Units (PDUs) approved by the Project Management Institute.

This fundamentals course is recommended for anyone in your organization who participates in or leads a team tasked with project management.

Full participation in SCRUM: Project Management is applicable for 4.0 points in Category 1.B – Education of the CFRE International application for initial certification and/or recertification.

NLC/Children’s Board of Hillsborough County (CBHC) No-Show Policy
