As leaders, we know we’re supposed to put on our oxygen mask first before helping others, but focusing on ourselves is not always a top priority. Yet, self-care is critical to lead courageously, build resiliency and live happily.
This interactive workshop will provide you the time, reflection and skills necessary to adopt new habits and rituals to increase your overall well-being.
You’ll walk away with a definitive plan to easily incorporate into your day, as well as additional strategies to be the most efficient and productive at work and happier at home.
Join us to replenish, recharge, and reboot how you care for yourself in 2024.
