On October 19 and 20, 2023, hundreds of nonprofit and business leaders will come together at the highly anticipated Nonprofit Leadership Conference, hosted by the Nonprofit Leadership Center and presented by Bank of America.
We invite you to submit photos and/or video content that show your nonprofit in action for a chance to be featured in the opening video at the conference and other promotions throughout the event.
Photo & Video Submission Requirements
The theme of this year’s conference is Together We Will, which is all about unleashing the power of collaboration to strengthen the nonprofit sector and our communities.
Please submit photos and/or video content that shows your nonprofit collaborating. For example, your team and volunteers working together, your staff helping members of the community, collaboration with other nonprofits and funders, etc.
We’re looking for photos and video content that meet the following guidelines:
- File type: Images must be formatted as JPG or PNG files. Videos should be .MP4 or .MOV files.
- Aspect ratio: We are looking for images and video shot in a horizontal/landscape orientation. Landscape ratio for video is 16:9 (1920x1080p).
- Quality: To ensure the best quality, we recommend uploading images up to 2,000 pixels on the longest (horizontal) edge. Please ensure your photos and video submissions are crisp and not grainy or pixelated. Content should be well-lit and free from background distractions.
- Content: Photos should show collaboration in action at your nonprofit (e.g., your team and volunteers working together, your staff helping members of the community, collaboration with other nonprofits and funders, etc.). Photos should ideally feature only a few people where intimate connections and faces are visible. Please avoid large group shots that are hard to see.
The deadline to submit your photos and video content is Wednesday, September 27, 2023.
