Amarela Peqini, EMBA, is a dynamic leader with 20 years of experience in the financial sector. She began her career in the nonprofit sector in 2017 when she relocated to the United States from Albania and joined the InterCultural Advocacy Institute. She currently serves as the business operations manager at the Nonprofit Leadership Center where she oversees finance and operations and helps nonprofits explore new funding opportunities to diversify revenue.

Before moving to the United States, Amarela worked for several European banking groups where she focused on portfolio management, financial analyses and led different business lines. Amarela recently completed her Executive Master’s in Business Administration at the University of South Florida.
