Joshua Kwasnicki is a Board Certified Executive Coach committed to inspiring leaders and teams for personal and organizational growth. As the director of organizational development for a behavioral health nonprofit and founder of his organizational coaching business, MindEye Performance, Joshua partners with organizations to enhance organizational development, including employee engagement strategies, leadership coaching, team dynamic workshops, sustainable change initiatives, and strategic action planning.

Joshua is a certified Emotional Intelligence and MBTI Practitioner and holds other certifications in DiSC Communication Styles, Organizational Development Process Consulting, Appreciative Inquiry, and Kirkpatrick Training Evaluation.

Joshua is extremely passionate about empowering organizations and individuals to harness their strengths, imagine the possibilities and ultimately achieve true potential.

Joshua holds his bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and a Master in Social Work from the University of Southern California. You’ll find Joshua spending time with his wife and son, participating in mud runs, attending concerts, exploring local breweries, and playing video games on the couch at home.
