Jocelyn has an MPA from NYU’s Wagner School of Public Service and a BA in Anthropology and Spanish from Columbia University. Her writing has appeared in Governing magazine, the Journal of Community Health, City Limits, and the Tampa Bay Times. She’s a proud native of St. Petersburg.
