During this interactive session, nonprofit “middle managers” will receive resources, support and tools to rise to the challenges ahead. You will also receive the complimentary e-book, “Managing Courageously: Serving Others While Leading Authentically from the Middle Office,” which includes reflection questions, tips/tricks and suggestions for taking control of your growth in leadership.

• Reflect on your leadership style, authority level and how it impacts your work.
• Explore ways to navigate managing with varying levels of authority.
• Identify ways to practice self-care, self-compassion, and courage with those you supervise and those who supervise you.
• Learn practical feedback to navigate difficult conversations, maximize diversity for team culture, and work within evolving organizations.
