In our ever-changing workplace, many leaders and managers are feeling stuck — especially those in the dreaded “middle” who are supervising teams, being supervised and having to regularly make difficult decisions. These managers often find themselves with the least support of all.
During this interactive session, nonprofit “middle managers” will receive resources, support and tools to rise to the challenges ahead. Key topics include managing your own manager, managing yourself and others, and managing in difficult times. You will also receive the complimentary e-book, “Managing Courageously: Serving Others While Leading Authentically from the Middle Office,” which includes reflection questions, tips/tricks and suggestions for taking control of your growth in leadership.

Organizations using funds and promo codes from the Children’s Board of Hillsborough County (CBHC) or the Juvenile Welfare Board of Pinellas (JWB) to participate in events at the Nonprofit Leadership Center will be responsible for paying all registration and processing fees in the event of a no-show.
