Economic instability has caused many people to postpone retirement, while people live and work longer than in previous generations. These factors have led to more older workers than ever before. Additionally, new technology allows younger workers to assume more responsibility at a faster rate.
With this rapidly evolving landscape, people aren’t following previously defined career tracks.
