CERTIFICATE IN LEADERSHIP COHORT
Welcome to the Certificate in Leadership, Cohort members! This program is designed to support you in your development as current and emerging nonprofit leaders. Through peer-based learning groups and group coaching calls, the program will prepare you to effectively lead and manage in our dynamically changing sector while strengthening your organizations and our community.

NOTE WELL: All in-person sessions will be held at the Early Learning Coalition of Hillsborough County.
REGISTRATION COST
The fee to participate is $550. It includes all half-day trainings, group coaching sessions, one-on-one coaching session, and related materials. Please contact Meriel Martínez for more information.

A committed lifelong learner and a genuinely curious people-person, Charlie Imbergamo has 30 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, primarily serving in the education and pastoral ministry fields before transitioning to a career in capacity building, training and development. He was appointed the Nonprofit Leadership Center’s CEO in July 2023 after serving as director of strategic programs.
Before joining the Nonprofit Leadership Center, Charlie served as the founding president and CEO of the first Cristo Rey Network School in Florida, a college preparatory high school and corporate work-study program for underrepresented youth in East Tampa. Charlie has served in several executive leadership roles and on various boards of directors in New York, New Jersey, Texas, and Florida. He volunteers for various organizations around the community, serves on his HOA board, and currently serves on the BayCare Behavioral Health Board.

John Loblack, Ed. D., is an accomplished and change-oriented human development expert who draws upon his diverse background, training and experiences to encourage, motivate and inspire nonprofit leaders to drastically increase their individual and organizational value. As a graduate from the school of “Hard Knocks,” John learned to appreciate the value of hard work and perseverance.

Ellen Nastir, M.Ed., PCC, BCC, CPCC, is the owner of Innovative Team Solutions. Her passion is bringing professional and personal growth to her clients. She focuses on the “people side” of professional performance, developing employees’ people skills to complement their technical skills and abilities, thus increasing productivity and retention, communication skills, problem-solving and conflict resolution.

NLC/Children’s Board of Hillsborough County (CBHC) No-Show Policy
If you use a CBHC code to register for an NLC event, you will be responsible for paying the registration and processing fees if you do not show up for the class. Please read the full no-show policy here.
