Did you know that you have the power to create the workplace you want? You do. It starts and ends with the way you carry yourself – the way you treat your colleagues. Unfortunately, going to work today is not as exciting as it once was. However, you have the power to turn that around.
Participants will learn how to:
• Create a positive workplace culture
• Distinguish between positive and negative workplace culture
• Determine the costs of a negative workplace culture
• Development strategies to promote the benefits of a positive workplace culture
• Brainstorm appropriate solutions to minimize negativity in the workplace
