These are all common, and reasonable, questions people ask during times of organizational change. How can you ensure you are ready and able to effectively answer them?

In this course, the last in a three-part series on change management, we’ll delve into two of the core components of change management — communications and measurement. Drawing on practical experience and the latest research in the field of change, we’ll explore simple and effective practices that will enable you to develop and deliver effective messaging during change as well as monitor and measure the value created by change.

After completing this half-day course, participants will understand:

  • Key practices for measuring change and how to use them to support communications and overall change success.
  • How to use a change readiness framework to plan and deliver effective change communications.
  • Using diverse communications methods to deliver the message of change.
  • The impact of time (phases) on change measurement and communications.

Who should attend:  Professionals at all levels can benefit from this program. Those who may play a role in communicating during times of change (executive directors, department heads, team leads, communications staff, HR professionals) or evaluating change outcomes (leadership, project managers, program staff) may find this course particularly useful.

Participation in Change Management 101 is beneficial, but not required to participate in subsequent  courses in the series.
