Success in dealing with challenges comes from the perspective we bring to the situation. That means when we change the way we see conflict, the conflict we see will change – making it easier for us to resolve the conflict we encounter. In this workshop, participants will learn how to find the opportunity in the difficulty.
They will learn how to:
• See the impact their attitudes and actions have on others
• Find new and effective techniques to build relationships
• Identify and manage emotions
• Develop coping strategies to manage challenging situations
