When stress strikes, self-care often takes a backseat. Yet, caring for oneself is directly connected to increased happiness, productivity and results. In this interactive class, nonprofit leaders will learn ultimate self-care tips for dealing with stress and how to prioritize them to improve all aspects of life and work.

Specifically, you will explore:

  • What causes stress and how it affects you
  • The impact stress has on our behavior and how to combat it
  • Strategies to help when you do too much
  • How to challenge unhelpful thoughts
  • Resolving worry, problem solving and staying stress-free

After this workshop you will:

  • Be EMPOWERED to manage your emotions related to grief and mental/emotional exhaustion with a clear mind
  • Be CONFIDENT handling stressful situations, whether they are related to work, family, relationships, finances or something else entirely
  • Be CAPABLE of relieving the symptoms of stress and negative emotions associated with it
  • Be LIBERATED from the paralyzing effects of stress
