In this interactive class, nonprofit leaders will learn ultimate self-care tips for dealing with stress and how to prioritize them to improve all aspects of life and work.
Specifically, you will explore:
- What causes stress and how it affects you
- The impact stress has on our behavior and how to combat it
- Strategies to help when you do too much
- How to challenge unhelpful thoughts
- Resolving worry, problem solving and staying stress-free
After this workshop you will:
- Be EMPOWERED to manage your emotions related to grief and mental/emotional exhaustion with a clear mind
- Be CONFIDENT handling stressful situations, whether they are related to work, family, relationships, finances or something else entirely
- Be CAPABLE of relieving the symptoms of stress and negative emotions associated with it
- Be LIBERATED from the paralyzing effects of stress

This session is ideal for leaders and learners of any age and background who desire to continue to understand themselves and make changes that will positively impact their lives and organizations.
