Thanks to the generous support of United Way Suncoast and Community Foundation Tampa Bay, the Nonprofit Leadership Center (NLC) is launching a significant technology upgrade that will transform how nonprofit professionals across Tampa Bay convene, collaborate and connect, regardless of where they are located.
NLC’s training center is located at 1408 N. Westshore Blvd. (Suite 140) in Tampa. The center’s latest technology upgrades include:
- Dual 4K Pan Tilt Zoom Cameras to capture both the facilitator and in-person audience with crystal clarity
- 360° Microphone Array with Voice Lift Technology for clear two-way communication across the room and online
- Interactive Display Enhancements for real-time screen sharing, accessibility support, and improved visibility
- Assistive Technology Integration, including Bluetooth-enabled listening devices and live captioning, to ensure all participants can fully engage

NLC’s new state-of-the-art hybrid technology will serve the 600+ nonprofits and 2,000+ professionals already engaged with NLC annually and open the door to countless more. The upgrades are currently being implemented and should be fully functional by September 1, 2025.
