James B. Sanderlin Neighborhood Family Center | St. Petersburg, FL
The James B. Sanderlin Neighborhood Family Center is seeking a Family Support Program Director who believes, as we do, that children and families thrive when they are supported with dignity, consistency, and care. This role is for a leader who is grounded in community, committed to follow-through, and motivated by impact rather than title or salary.
This position reports directly to the Executive Director and provides oversight for key family support services, including the food pantry, case management, front office operations, and maintenance. The Director ensures programs operate with excellence, staff feel supported and accountable, and families experience consistent, respectful care.
The Family Support Program Director represents the Center at community meetings and events, sharing the mission and building partnerships that strengthen support for children and families. As needed, this role may assist with education department leadership, with a focus on compliance with the Pinellas County Licensing Board and the Early Learning Coalition.
