The Lions World Vision Institute Foundation is seeking a Foundation Manager to lead fundraising efforts and improve pediatric vision health for underserved communities. This fast-paced role involves managing donor relationships, executing signature events, grant writing, and overseeing a small team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute fundraising strategies, including campaigns, events, grants, and sponsorships.
Build relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners to secure critical funding.
Oversee signature events like the Eye Ball gala and Vision in Bloom tea party, ensuring financial and engagement goals are met.
Craft compelling content to share the foundation’s mission, leveraging Canva for visually engaging materials.
Assist in grant writing and reporting to secure additional funding.
Supervise the Foundation Specialist and foster a collaborative, high-performing work environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, communications, or related field.
5+ years of experience in fundraising, development, or nonprofit management.
Proficiency in donor management software (Blackbaud preferred), Canva, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Proven success in donor cultivation, event planning, and grant writing.
Excellent storytelling, leadership, and organizational skills.
