Happy New Year! As we welcome 2025, the Nonprofit Leadership Center (NLC) remains steadfast in our commitment to empowering nonprofit leaders to create a stronger, more vibrant community through learning, leadership and connection.

As we continue our mission to develop and connect nonprofit leaders to strengthen organizations and our communities, this year we are focused on deepening our relationships with the nonprofit organizations we serve and the funders who make this critical work possible. Together, our goal is to ensure every organization — regardless of size or mission — has the tools and talent to achieve its goals.

At the Nonprofit Leadership Center, we’re here to support you with the resources, training and collaborative opportunities needed to excel in a rapidly changing environment. This foundational premise is the basis of our new three-year strategic vision.

It is crucial for the nonprofit sector to align our servant leadership values with the most effective business practices. By embracing innovation and strengthening team cohesion, we can maximize our collective mission impact.

In 2025, I encourage each of us to reflect on how we can continue to lead with purpose, foster deeper relationships, and inspire positive change. Together, we have the power to drive meaningful progress for the individuals and communities we serve.

Thank you for your unwavering dedication to our sector and your trust in NLC as your partner in leadership. Here’s to a year of bold ideas, transformative action and shared success.

Let’s make 2025 a year to remember.
