Ellen Nastir, M.Ed., PCC, BCC, CPCC, is the owner of Innovative Team Solutions. Her passion is bringing professional and personal growth to her clients. She focuses on the “people side” of professional performance, developing employees’ people skills to complement their technical skills and abilities, thus increasing productivity and retention, communication skills, problem-solving and conflict resolution.

Ellen Nastir, M.Ed., PCC, BCC, CPCC, is the owner of Innovative Team Solutions. Her passion is bringing professional and personal growth to her clients. She focuses on the “people side” of professional performance, developing employees’ people skills to complement their technical skills and abilities, thus increasing productivity and retention, communication skills, problem-solving and conflict resolution. Since COVID-19, she has focused even more on helping individuals and teams learn more to overcome self-doubt, imposter syndrome and overall negative self-talk. Her clients report significant shifts in their confidence and self-leadership, developing new neural pathways to recognize what holds them back from becoming their best selves.

Ellen is a Certified Professional Co-active Coach with certifications in Positive Psychology, Positive Intelligence and as a Virtual Trainer. She has advanced training in Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching, Tension and Change Management, and Appreciation at Work. She is also a trained PeopleMap Systems educator, a proven training and development system.

Ellen is the mission chair for the Crohns and Colitis Foundation of the West Coast of Florida. She received her coach training and certification from The Coaches Training Institute. She has a bachelor’s degree in education from the University of Florida and a master’s in education from the University of North Florida.
