Andrea Masterson is the vice president of community impact at Raymond James. Here, she oversees the organization’s commitment to giving back to communities and its associate giving, fundraising, and volunteerism program.

Prior to joining Raymond James, Andrea was responsible for the overarching community affairs strategy for Qurate Retail Group. In addition to the annual plan for corporate giving, cause marketing, and disaster response, she led the community affairs strategy as a member of Qurate Retail Group’s corporate responsibility leadership team.

Andrea began her career in nonprofit development for a decade, primarily with the American Heart Association, leading various fundraising events throughout the state of Florida. She lives in St. Petersburg, Florida, with her husband and two children.
