Brook Rushing is an HR Consultant and professional coach with 20 years of experience helping organizations navigate complex people and performance challenges. She has led HR teams at Nike and NBCUniversal, supporting leaders through enterprise transformation, talent strategy, leadership development, and culture change, often in moments of high growth, ambiguity, or reinvention.

Based in Tampa, Florida, Brook works alongside leaders and teams across industries, with deep expertise in executive coaching, team development, talent strategy, and change leadership. She is known for translating complexity into clarity, earning trust quickly with senior leaders, and helping organizations move through change in a way that holds over time.

Brook holds a master’s degree in organizational leadership, and her coaching practice is enhanced by her certifications in Leadership Circle Profile, Hogan, and DiSC. More recently, she has focused on human-centered applications of AI. Brook serves as Board Chair for Girls on the Run Tampa Bay and is a volunteer coach for graduate students at the University of Tampa
