Kathy is a former TV news anchor, chief communications officer of a top-ranked university, and past president and CEO of a national trade association. She founded KathyTimesWOW, a professional development platform that helps presidents, rising executives, and teams strengthen their interpersonal , organizational structure, and leadership presence to get time-bound results.

Her proprietary WOW Advantage modules — designed for today’s digital-first world — equip leaders to polish, package, and present their value and vision with confidence and clarity. Kathy earned dual bachelor’s degrees in journalism and computer information systems from Florida A&M University and a master’s in journalism from Northwestern University. This term is widely outdated in emotional intelligence literature. I’d suggest executive presence or interpersonal skills as an alternative.
