Marva Cobb Stanford is a nonprofit executive advisor, operations strategist, and executive coach with more than three decades of experience driving organizational growth and leadership development across the corporate healthcare and nonprofit sectors. Her career includes leadership roles in behavioral healthcare, along with C-suite and senior leadership positions with national, regional, and local nonprofit organizations, where she directed national field operations, led diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, guided organization-wide operational change efforts, and partnered with C-suite executives and board leaders to strengthen their impact.

Most recently, as a Career Consultant/Coach with Lee Hecht Harrison, Marva has helped hundreds of professionals navigate successful career transitions. As Founder and Principal of ENSpire Professional Coaching since 2019, she is dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations to reach their highest potential through transformative coaching experiences that ignite personal and professional growth, along with the balance of health and wellness.

Marva holds a Master of Social Work from Indiana University, along with certifications as an Executive Coach, Career Coach, and Master Life Coach. In addition, she has served on numerous boards and advisory committees throughout her career.
