Karen is one of only about 200 lawyers who are Board Certified by The Florida Bar as a specialist in Labor & Employment Law. Her expertise includes representing employers in discrimination/harassment matters, hiring/firing/disciplinary matters, leave and accommodation matters, wage and hour matters, non-compete and trade secret litigation, whistleblower and retaliation claims, and all aspects of employment counseling and training.
