The Nonprofit Leadership Center (NLC) is proud to announce the launch of a national research initiative to identify leading practices among high-performing nonprofit management support organizations (MSOs) across the country.
This project, funded by the Conn Memorial Foundation through an Opportunity Grant, reflects NLC’s deep commitment to advancing sustainability, equity and measurable impact for the nonprofit sector in Tampa Bay.
“With this research, we’re asking: What will it take for us to serve more nonprofits in more meaningful ways for the long haul? We’re focused on scaling impact, not for the sake of growth alone, but to ensure the health and sustainability of the sector that so many communities rely on.”
The research, conducted by Spectrum Nonprofit Services, a national consulting firm, will explore service models, equity frameworks, coaching practices, and advocacy strategies from national, state and regional MSOs. This research will further strengthen and support NLC’s ability to lead boldly into the future.
