More than half of nonprofits lack a major gift strategy, even though most say it’s vital. Why? Too often, relationship managers, frontline fundraisers, prospect researchers, and data analysts are working in silos.
During this free on-demand video, you’ll learn how the most effective organizations work together across teams and what happens to donor relationships and revenue when they do. You’ll explore real-world examples and leave with a framework to create alignment across functions, driving more coordinated and impactful major gift work. You’ll also examine practical ways to use your CRM as a strategic insight tool, rather than just for record-keeping.
After watching this video, you’ll know how to:
- Translate donor data into actionable insights that inform major gift strategy
- Strengthen collaboration between fundraising, research, and data teams
- Implement simple structures for portfolio management and team communication
This session is designed for nonprofit leaders, board members, volunteers, major gift officers, prospect researchers, and database professionals who want to improve collaboration and drive stronger fundraising results.
